Howden Scotland (formerly Bruce Stevenson) has formally announced the acquisition of Neilson Laurence & Neil, the Glasgow-based business insurance specialists. The move is a strategic initiative by Howden to strengthen its presence in Scotland.
The integration of Neilson Laurence & Neil into the Howden Glasgow team will enhance the portfolio of insurance and risk management solutions available to customers, significantly increasing the range of services provided, including D&O, PI and motor offerings.
This transaction is in line with Howden UK&I’s overall growth strategy to strengthen its extensive geographical presence and deepen its product line expertise in the UK market.
