Cathay and Zurich Launch Partnership to Offer Insurance and Reward ProgramCathay Pacific and Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) have teamed up to offer exclusive insurance solutions for Cathay members, providing them with the added benefit of earning Asia Miles.
The new collaboration, named the Protect Daily Lives, Earn Miles program, will allow Cathay members to access a range of general insurance products while enjoying a seamless customer experience, according to a joint statement from the companies.
Eric Hui, CEO of Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong), commented, “By offering comprehensive lifestyle protection—including Mobile, Home, and Motor insurance—to Cathay members, we are excited to work together with Cathay to ensure that their members are fully protected, both in the air and on the ground.”
The partnership leverages Zurich Edge, a digital platform designed to deliver tailored solutions to customers through strategic partner ecosystems, enhancing the accessibility of insurance services for Cathay’s members.
To facilitate easy access, Cathay members can upgrade their insurance coverage through the Cathay Shop platform, where they can also enjoy free screen protection for select products as part of the launch celebration, valid until June 30.
Additionally, members who enroll in Zurich’s general insurance products via Cathay’s online platform will earn 1 Asia Mile for every $2 spent. They will also receive 100 Asia Miles when signing up online for a lifestyle protection product.
