Prudential Singapore has launched the Prudential Wealth Suite, a new exclusive space designed to cater to the needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The dedicated area, which opened on 17 March at Prudential Tower in Raffles Place, provides a private setting for the company’s Private Client Advisors (PCAs) to offer comprehensive wealth and financial planning services.
The launch reflects Prudential’s growing presence in Singapore’s expanding financial sector. The company has reported a 16% increase in its HNW customer base between 2023 and 2024, alongside a 40% surge in sales. This growth is seen as part of the broader trend of Singapore’s rise as a financial hub.
Prudential aims to build on this momentum, particularly as Asia’s millionaire population is projected to more than double by 2030, rising from 10 million in 2022 to 22 million. Goh Theng Kiat, Chief Customer Officer at Prudential, noted that many international clients, with complex global portfolios, are increasingly turning to Singapore for wealth diversification opportunities.
The Wealth Suite offers a by-appointment-only, private environment where HNW clients can receive tailored financial advice. The space houses an in-house advisor who works closely with PCAs to address clients’ intricate financial needs. Additionally, eligible customers have access to a range of external experts, including specialists in tax, business advisory, legal and estate planning, as well as fiduciary services, family office advisory, and legacy giving.
Prudential provides a comprehensive suite of solutions for HNW clients, covering wealth accumulation and legacy planning. This includes products such as the PRUVantage Legacy Index, an indexed universal life insurance option. Clients also enjoy perks such as priority service, VIP medical services, and swift underwriting.
Since launching its PCA team in 2018, which started with 60 advisors, Prudential has significantly expanded the group, now comprising over 380 advisors to better serve its growing clientele.
