Ping An Insurance has launched its 2025 Spring Campus Recruitment campaign, aiming to fill more than 2,000 positions across various sectors.
The recruitment initiative spans roles in business, investment, technology, product operations, and more, with a focus on positions related to AI, big data, and algorithms. These positions are designed to support the company’s subsidiaries, including Ping An Technology and Ping An Health Insurance.
A key feature of the recruitment drive is Ping An’s AI-powered “Ping An Talent” system, which integrates advanced AI technologies to assist in job matching, interviews, and salary negotiations. The system utilizes natural language processing and machine learning to analyze resumes, improving the efficiency of candidate selection.
The “Ping An Talent” system also includes an AI interviewer that evaluates applicants through facial expressions, speech patterns, and response structure, offering a more adaptable interview experience. Additionally, the AI-driven salary negotiation tool automates discussions based on candidates’ qualifications and job specifications.
This innovative use of AI and big data aims to streamline the hiring process and enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and the company.
