Grandtag Financial Consultancy has appointed Louise Thean as its new Chief Proposition Officer for the Asia region, the company announced in a press release.
In her new role, Thean will be responsible for leading the firm’s proposition strategy, enhancing its market positioning, and driving regional growth.
With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Thean brings a wealth of expertise in business development, operations, compliance, client servicing, and project management. Since joining Grandtag in 2016, she has been instrumental in the company’s growth, spearheading partnerships to deliver customized solutions for clients.
Prior to her tenure at Grandtag, Thean served as Head of Operations at International Planning Group (IPG), where she managed life-insurance-based wealth planning for private banking clients. She has also held leadership positions at AXA Wealth and Standard Chartered.
