Zurich Malaysia has officially launched its new flagship branch at Mid Valley Southkey South Tower in Johor Bahru, marking a significant expansion of its presence in the southern region of Malaysia.
The 15,000-square-foot facility spans two levels. The ground floor features a spacious banking hall, while the 19th floor is dedicated to office space, designed to foster collaboration and innovation.
Strategically located, the branch is easily accessible via key routes, including the Eastern Dispersal Link (EDL) and the Woodlands Checkpoint.
The branch is equipped with various amenities, including refreshment corners, free Wi-Fi, and three Talent Management & Development Centre rooms. These rooms are designed with high-speed internet to support training for agents. Additionally, a prayer room is available on the sixth floor of the South Tower.
With more than 40 employees, the new branch will support life and family takaful agents, as well as distributors in general insurance and takaful.
