Allianz PNB Life has announced a new partnership with DXC Technology, aimed at increasing the speed and efficiency of its product launches by 30%. The collaboration will allow customers to receive insurance policies in as little as five minutes, a significant reduction from the previous wait time of several days.
Over the course of six months, DXC Technology integrated 12 systems within Allianz PNB Life, modernizing its operations with a secure, cloud-based solution. This transformation has helped streamline the insurer’s processes and improve overall efficiency.
Teh Kim Leng, Regional Chief Operating Officer at Allianz PNB Life, highlighted the success of the project, noting it was completed on schedule and within budget. As part of the overhaul, DXC Technology implemented Assure Integral, a cloud-native life and health insurance policy management platform, into Allianz’s existing digital infrastructure.
Both companies emphasized that the new platform not only reduces operational costs but also enhances the digital customer experience, offering greater speed and convenience for policyholders.
