The newly introduced programme is designed to provide Bupa members with a convenient alternative to clinic visits for common health issues. Members can now receive professional advice and care for minor ailments such as colds and flu, allergies, aches and pains, gastrointestinal issues, and minor skin conditions including athlete’s foot, eczema, minor burns, and skin allergies.

Easy, Cashless Consultations with Pharmacists

To access the service, eligible Bupa members simply need to present their Bupa medical card and valid ID at participating Mannings pharmacy locations. Once there, members will receive an on-the-spot consultation with a registered pharmacist, who will assess their condition and provide appropriate treatment recommendations. If necessary, the pharmacist will dispense the required medication, and a pharmacist’s note will be available upon request for further reference.

Cashless Medication Coverage

A key feature of the PharmaCare Programme is the cashless coverage for all dispensed medications, available for eligible members. This means that Bupa members can access necessary medications without any upfront payment, simplifying the healthcare process and making it more accessible.

With over 60 Mannings locations now part of the programme, the initiative is poised to make healthcare more convenient and affordable for Hong Kong residents.
