Fujitsu, Sap Fioneer Launch Cloud Platform for Insurers

Japanese information and communications technology company Fujitsu has partnered with SAP Fioneer. Their focus is on the development, marketing, and deployment of the Japan Edition of SAP Fioneer Cloud for Insurance. This is an end – to – end cloud platform that combines core insurance services with localised business content and global best practices.

The aim of this initiative is to assist insurers in modernizing their operations. This includes aspects like product management, underwriting, policy management, and claims handling. It provides a means for insurers to better allocate resources to key areas such as product development and sales expansion.

Moreover, by adopting this platform, insurers can also overcome challenges they currently face. These include dealing with outdated systems and shortages of IT skills, enabling them to operate more efficiently and effectively in the modern business environment.
