The newly introduced Basic Sustainability Policy underscores the importance of sustainability-focused management in enhancing long-term corporate value while contributing to a sustainable society. This policy aligns with the LIFENET Manifesto, which views life insurance as a means of mutual support in addressing societal challenges.

Chaired by the president and representative director, the Sustainability Committee will evaluate policies and systems that promote sustainability initiatives, including issues related to LIFENET Materiality. Findings from these discussions will be reported to the board of directors.
Additionally, Lifenet aims to enhance long-term corporate value through its business operations, guided by the principles outlined in the LIFENET Manifesto.
