Global Care’s CEO, Dinh Thi Ngoc Niem, emphasized that the acquisition marks a pivotal moment for the company. She underscored that Poni Insurtech’s involvement as a major shareholder affords Global Care a distinct competitive edge in Vietnam’s expanding insurance market.
