The new “Trip.com Travel Smart” insurance provides One-way Trip, Round-trip Lite, and Round-trip Deluxe plans. These plans offer extensive coverage, including medical expenses and personal accidents up to $190 million (HK$1.5 million), personal liability up to $260 million (HK$2 million), and protection for baggage, trip delays, and cancellations due to adverse weather conditions.
Travel Smart can be effortlessly purchased through Trip.com’s website or mobile app, enabling travelers to secure their protection with a single click during the flight booking process.
In addition to these benefits, customers purchasing coverage for standalone trips can earn Trip Coins, which can be redeemed for various travel services on the Trip.com platform.
