Insurance Business (IB) has unveiled its prestigious list of the Top Insurance Employers for 2024, highlighting leading companies from Australia and New Zealand renowned for fostering inclusive and rewarding workplaces.
The selection process commenced with IB inviting organizations across both countries to submit detailed employer forms outlining their policies and practices. Employees of these nominated firms subsequently participated in anonymous surveys, rating their workplaces on various criteria including benefits, compensation, corporate culture, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
To qualify for inclusion in the final list, organizations had to meet a minimum threshold of employee responses relative to their size. Only those achieving an average satisfaction rating of 75% or higher were recognized as Top Insurance Employers of 2024.
