The prestigious event, established in 2016, honors outstanding insurance companies across the Asia-Pacific region, recognizing those that offer exceptional service quality and innovative solutions.
Liberty Insurance, a pioneer in Vietnam’s non-life insurance sector, has now won the International General Insurer of the Year award for three consecutive years. Additionally, the company has secured two Automobile Insurance Initiative of the Year awards, highlighting its relentless commitment to service excellence and comprehensive protection for its customers.
Nga Tran, Liberty Insurance’s General Director and Head of Distribution, expressed pride in the achievement. “Being named International General Insurer of the Year for three consecutive years is a profound honor. Further innovations include website features that allow customers to obtain comprehensive auto care insurance quotes in just one minute and purchase international travel insurance through four simple steps. These features ensure transparent and proactive decision-making for suitable insurance products.
To offer flexible payment options, Liberty Insurance introduced a “zero per cent interest installment” program for auto insurance products in late 2023. This initiative allows customers to receive maximum protection benefits from Liberty Auto Insurance with payments starting as low as VND35,000 ($1.38) per day, payable in zero per cent interest installments over flexible terms ranging from three to six months.
