MetLife Korea has been honored with the Customer Service Initiative of the Year – Korea award at the prestigious Insurance Asia Awards 2024 for its innovative 360Future retirement solution. This comprehensive offering supports customers in preparing for retirement and provides enhanced services as they age, integrating retirement savings, insurance, health, wealth, and life care.
A standout feature of 360Future is its specialized elderly care services, including support for dementia and other senile diseases. These services are available not only to policyholders but also to their families, extending to the parents of the primary holder and continuing through their own retirement.
MetLife Korea distinguishes itself from traditional insurers by offering a range of unique services. Among these are a chat-based personal assistant service, AI-driven healthcare for pets, private travel services, and free caregiver support. The personal assistant service, particularly popular among digitally challenged seniors, assists with real-time needs such as shopping, price comparisons, and reservations. The Pet AI Health Management service utilizes AI technology to analyze pictures of a pet’s eyes, ears, and skin, providing health reports and identifying potential issues, in partnership with a company holding animal medical patents.
Previously, such services were reserved for customers with substantial insurance coverage. However, 360Future democratizes access, allowing all MetLife customers, regardless of policy size, to benefit from over 20 retirement-related services. Additional policies unlock over 10 premium services.
