Prudential Hong Kong Limited (Prudential Hong Kong) has unveiled a dynamic new multipurpose office at AIRSIDE, situated within the Kai Tak commercial complex, marking a significant expansion for the company.
The new facility spans an expansive 53,600 square feet and features state-of-the-art amenities including boardrooms, lecture halls, and advanced training facilities. Designed to foster collaboration and innovation, the office also boasts versatile event spaces and customer meeting rooms. This strategic move equips Prudential Hong Kong and its agency team to host conferences, lectures, training sessions, and customer engagements with enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Benny Tsoi, Chief Agency Officer at Prudential Hong Kong, emphasized the importance of this development, stating, “Our agency force is integral to Prudential, and the opening of this multipurpose office represents a significant leap forward in our service capabilities. Prudential Hong Kong is set to announce the findings of its “Medical Freedom Survey,” which gauges opinions on medical freedom and cross-border medical services among residents in the Greater Bay Area, including Hong Kong and Macau. The insurer will also introduce a new protection plan aimed at enhancing customer access to medical services.
A media briefing scheduled for July 11 will feature Chief Product Officer Felix Fung and Chief Customer Operations and Health Officer Candy Au Yeung, who will present the survey results, unveil the new protection plan, and outline the company’s broader health business strategy.
