Qaseh Bakti, introduced in 2023, represents a paradigm shift in the Malaysian insurance landscape by integrating QR code technology for seamless accessibility and a streamlined enrollment process. This initiative has already impacted over 65,000 lives, reinforcing FWD Insurance’s dedication to delivering inclusive, affordable insurance solutions across Malaysia.
