The two entities convened for a strategic cooperation signing ceremony on the 3rd of this month, marking the commencement of a joint endeavor to introduce “Du Xiao Bao” (translated as “度曉保”), an AI-driven insurance sales assistant equipped with expert service capabilities. This initiative aims to propel the digital transformation of the insurance sector while offering insurance agents an enhanced, more streamlined sales experience.
In this collaboration, Fanhua will leverage its extensive resources, including servers, insurance knowledge data, production and research teams, and expert personnel. Conversely, Baidu will contribute technical expertise, encompassing foundational model conversations, tuning, financial model middleware, and enhancements to traditional marketing support tools in language processing, emotional expression, and logical reasoning. These combined efforts seek to empower insurance agents to adeptly navigate market dynamics and meet evolving customer demands, thereby elevating sales efficiency and service standards.
The “Du Xiao Bao” project is slated to undergo internal testing for selected users in June, with the official launch of version 1.0 scheduled for July. This iteration will be characterized by intelligent dialogues and offer comprehensive insurance service support, amalgamating insurance knowledge, product consultation, professional development, marketing assistance, and intelligent customer management. Through the utilization of foundational AI models and other advanced technologies, the aim is to furnish each insurance salesperson with a personalized online assistant.
