Mallory Coxe, a recent addition to Wright Hassall’s corporate team, brings extensive experience working with a diverse range of businesses, including large corporations and private equity firms. She commended McNally and Gamble for their proficiency in real estate finance transactions and IREDD’s innovative approach that has cemented its position in the legal indemnities market.

Reflecting on the acquisition process, Coxe remarked, “It’s been great to jump straight into dealmaking and work very closely with two impressive individuals to see this transaction through from start to finish and play my part in helping propel IREDD to the next level. Our corporate team has been very busy, particularly over the final quarter of 2023, but the work we have put in place to grow our offering means we are well-placed to take on new work and deliver results for our clients over the coming year.”

Adler Fairways, a chartered independent insurance broker, provides a range of services including insurance and risk management advice, employee benefits, and health and wellbeing services. With headquarters located at Prudent House in Birmingham, the firm operates from seven offices across the UK.
