Ralph Blust, President & Chief Revenue Officer of Pathpoint, spoke enthusiastically about adopting the service in a video posted on YouTube, claiming that it has allowed the company to produce a “more complete product”.

“Novidea brought us a more complete product, in addition to the completeness of the product, they also brought us an incredible amount of customisation that we would be able to do ourselves.

“In addition to that, the ability to create tasks and manage clients at a task level allowed for incredible efficiencies in our sales processes and our underwriting processes.”

Pathpoint was founded in 2017 with a clear mission: to make it easier for insurance agents to place non-admitted commercial insurance, 24/7.

To do this, it enlisted the help of Novidea to strengthen its product, as the London-based company offered its holistic offering, which includes CRM and AMS capabilities to enable robust reporting.

Blust explained that it was this all-encompassing nature of the service that set Novidea apart from others in the sector.

He said: “Novidea was a critical component to our success from day one. We needed two different platforms. One that was agent-facing, that would be the actual application that would connect to our carriers. Then we needed one that would allow us to transact the business and communicate with our agents.
