TNG Digital, in partnership with AIA Malaysia, has launched Insure360, a comprehensive health insurance hub accessible through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. This feature offers a selection of critical illness and medical insurance products.
The launch of Insure360 complements TNG Digital’s existing suite of insurance products which includes WalletSafe, SafeTrip, SafeHome and CI Insure. The new offering is aimed at individuals seeking affordable medical and critical illness cover, with premiums starting from as low as RM10 per month.
According to a press release, Insure360 is tailored to meet the needs of those who require basic insurance coverage or wish to supplement existing medical insurance, possibly provided by their employers. Premiums for these plans are variable, taking into account factors such as age and gender. In addition, coverage is renewable annually for individuals up to the age of 70.
The service offers two cover options, both of which do not require a medical examination. Users have the flexibility to either choose from a range of insurance products to create a tailored plan, or opt for a convenient two-in-one bundle that combines critical illness and medical cover.
Benefits under these plans include hospitalisation cover and a lump sum payment of up to RM100,000 in the event of critical illness. In addition, a lifestyle allowance is also part of the package.
Another key feature of Insure360 is access to AIA’s Personal Medical Case Management Service. This service connects users with world-renowned medical specialists for expert advice and treatment recommendations based on a reassessment of their medical diagnosis.
The collaboration with AIA also introduces virtual medical services, allowing users to receive medical consultations remotely. For hospital admissions, Insure360 offers a cashless admission facility at AIA panel hospitals across Malaysia. Claims can be submitted online via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet under the GOprotect feature, with quick payment transfers to the user’s bank account upon claim approval.
Eligibility for Insure360 is limited to eKYC verified Touch ‘n Go eWallet users between the ages of 18 and 50. This includes permanent residents, work permit holders, passport holders and legally employed individuals residing in Malaysia.

Elsewhere in the region, AIA Singapore has announced key leadership changes that will take effect from late November and early December 2023.
