Aon has announced the appointment of Lee Huang Ng as the new head of its Taiwan operations, effective April 1. Ng will report directly to Qin Lu, the head of Greater China at Aon, and will be based in Taipei. She is set to relocate to the city in the coming months.
Ng succeeds Ernest Leung, who previously led Aon in Taiwan and has now taken on the role of head of Aon’s Hong Kong operations.
With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ng has been a part of Aon since 2014. She most recently held the position of chief broking officer and head of claims in Singapore, where she was responsible for broking and claims strategies for multinational clients.
Before joining Aon, Ng worked with Marsh & McLennan and Jardine Lloyd Thompson, further building her expertise in the sector.
