PT Lippo General Insurance (LGI) has introduced a new telematics-based app, MyGo+, aimed at encouraging safer driving habits across Indonesia.
The MyGo+ app analyzes real-time driving data, offering users valuable feedback on their driving behavior while promoting responsible practices through a rewards system. The app tracks key factors such as distance traveled and acceleration patterns, generating driving scores that are converted into reward points.
These points can be redeemed for vouchers, and users can also participate in monthly driving challenges to earn additional benefits.
The app is accessible to all drivers, including those who are not current LGI policyholders, and offers exclusive discounts on LGI’s insurance products.
This launch marks LGI’s first digital innovation since it became part of Hanwha Life Insurance in March 2023 following the company’s acquisition. MyGo+ incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to ensure precise data collection, minimizing potential errors caused by road conditions or network issues.
