Zurich Insurance (Singapore) has teamed up with ComfortDelGro to introduce a new travel insurance product, Zurich Travel Comfort, designed to enhance the travel experience for users of ComfortDelGro’s ride-hailing app, CDG Zig.
The insurance, now available through the popular app with over 1 million monthly active users, offers a range of benefits for those booking trips to and from Changi Airport. One of the standout features is coverage for travel disruptions, including reimbursements of up to $733.03 (S$1,000) in the event of vehicle breakdowns on the way to the airport.
Additionally, users who purchase policies worth $11.00 (S$15) or more will be eligible for a promo code worth $3.67 (S$5), redeemable on the CDG Zig app, subject to availability.
Other features of the Zurich Travel Comfort policy include real-time access to airport lounges for flight delays exceeding two hours, 24/7 global emergency assistance, and coverage for non-competitive leisure activities, ensuring comprehensive protection throughout a traveler’s journey.
