Artex, the alternative risk and capital subsidiary of Gallagher, has successfully integrated the Malta-based team from Bee Insurance Management Ltd. into its Artex EMEA division.
Bee Insurance, renowned for its comprehensive service offerings including underwriting, claims management, accounting, risk management, regulatory compliance, and investment reporting, has officially joined forces with Artex.
Simon Camilleri, the former Managing Director of Bee Insurance, has been appointed as an Executive Director at Artex. In his new role, Camilleri will maintain his focus on client services while also contributing to Artex EMEA’s business development efforts, thus bolstering the company’s market presence.
